Telemedicine Based Wellness Clinic

Hello and Welcome to Revive Health Plan!  Welcome to our telemedicine based wellness clinic.  We are a team of providers that think outside the box.  We are all originally western medicine trained but have embraced the diagnostic and treatment theories of functional medicine, integrative medicine, naturopathic medicine - and really any area of medicine that involves evaluating the whole person (genetics, lifestyle, past/present treatments, goals, etc.) and creating a rational, science based approach to your wellness goals. We have all undergone additional training in various areas mentioned above and beyond.  We carry certain certifications when applicable or possible and we constantly scour the literature, podcasts, journals, social media and anything we can get our hands on to stay on the cutting edge of medicine. 

It is important to note that we do not intend to take the place of your primary care provider.  Our goal is to fill in gaps created by the pitfalls of traditional western medicine.  Whether it is lab tests we order that your traditional doctor never did before, off label treatments using pharmaceuticals, peptide therapy or a combination of any or all of these, the one thing we can guarantee is that no two people are the same and none of our treatment plans will be either. 

Currently we offer services like lab testing, genetic testing, medication assisted weight loss, many kinds of peptides, men's sexual health/vitality and testosterone restoration (not testosterone replacement - again, we do things differently here). We offer many other things to and we have no problem evaluating you and coming up with a custom plan based on your wellness goals. 

Again, we are telemedicine only at this time.  We do not offer visits in person in a clinic.  However, ALL of our visits are face to face on a video call.  We review your medical forms before our first visit and we will go over everything with you on that first video call.  Our goal is to start treatment (ordering labs and any meds) the same day as that first visit.  ​
